Hi Everyone, do you have a love of flowers and herbs and are looking for new ways to integrate them into your food and entertaining? Try these Flower Ice Cubes and integrate some botanical alingment into your day!

You can have them with plain or carbonated water, mocktails, cocktails, iced coffee and tea or any drink you can think of.

If you have them with plain or sparking water, as the ice cubes melt, they will add a floral, herbal taste to the water. I suggest using a reusable straw so that you are not sipping any flower petals as you drink your drink.

• ice cube trays
• measuring cups and spoons (optional)
• wet measure (optional) to pour water
• glasses, for serving
• reusable straws

How To Make Flower Ice Cubes Recipe

Ingredients for Flower Ice Cubes

• a variety of dried culinary flowers (we used red rose, lavender flowers, marigold, cornflower petals)
• water

 

Directions

1. Fill 1-2 ice cube trays with water.
2. Sprinkle dried flower petals. Use a wooden toothpick to stir in the flowers, if needed.
3. Freeze for 3-4 hours. Use in your favorite cold drinks, enjoy!
